rough idle and white smoke

I have changed my ICP and cleaned my EGR. My truck is blowing very light gray smoke at idle and idling rough. At WOT the smoke is dark gray to black and I am seeing 29 psi boost, when before the most boost I would see was 27psi. Any suggestions on what it may be would be a big help.

maybe fuel pressure issue , is there a chance its cold enough for the fuel to have gelled

No way, It is probably 75F out here in socal. I went on a hard run and it seemed to run the same as it did before the smoke and rough idling.
