2003 6.0 L Cranks, No Start, PLEASE HELP

I was driving my truck and suddenly lost power, pushing the pedal did nothing and she just came to a stop and stalled camly. Tried re-starting, but only cranked. Towed to Mechanic, Changed IPR & IPG sensor, changed fuel filters (both of them) checked batteries (ok) checked Low & Hi Oil pressure (OK) and I seem to have lots of fuel when I cracked open the lines by the filter. Now can my fuel pump still be bad if I have fuel coming up top. That's one question, and my other is just a BIG CRY for help on this No Start, It will now crank, it sounds like it wants to start (Fart Noise), and I do have smoke that will puff from muffler. Truck will run on ether with a squirt in the air box, but then stalls. PLEASE IF SOMEONE CAN HELP, this is my tow truck, and my only means of income, it has been down now for 6 days.
