Looses power

01 7.3 F350dually with 205000 miles,bought the truck about 4 months ago and everything has been fine so far but in the last week it will loose power for a second ,it will either pick back up or i give it throttle past that point. the cps was replaced under warranty 6 months ago and i have serviced it [i.e. oil change ,air filter.....................NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT and i dont have the use of a scanner unless i take it in to the shop and i am hoping i can fix it ........................any ideas

it sounds sorta like your throttle pedal assembly may be going out. i have just replaced 1 for symptoms almost like that. the truck would surge at a certain throttle position.

you mean the throttle position sensor i am assuming?
