VERY hard starting idles rough if at all.

Well it's my cousins truck. 2003 f350 DRW 6.0L engine.

Here's the thing. If it starts which is very rare it will run very rough and surge a bit. Not alot but it does. The longer it runs the worse it gets until it dies. Which is only like a minute or 2. Will not move just dies. Fuel filters are brand new. Egr was cleaned and replaced. Does not smoke or anything like that either. I was thinking ICP but i don't really know where to start. I know those are some injector codes but it just had 1 injector replaced and a contribution test done a couple months ago. You think that 3 went bad all at once? Truck was running fine then just died on the highway.

Now i read and cleared the codes. It will not run long enough to throw another code though.

Any help would be great. He is about 200 miles from the nearest dealership. Kind of a hefty tow bill.
