6.7 fuel leak!

I have a problem and in need of some serious help.. I have a 2011 powerstroke that I changed the fuel filter on the other day and my truck started leaking fuel. I had no idea where it was coming from so I looked into it tonight and now the little line that comes off the inlet to the filter won't seat back and it blows off everytime I turn the key over! Can anyone give me some advice to get it fixed? And also any experience with the leak I'm describing?

It's the small line coming off the engine mounted filters inlet hose

Does that small line actually push over the barb on that fitting or does it just push on the tit that sticks off of it? Idk how to explain it but I need some help getting it fixed! I'm truck less right now so any help is appreciated!!
