7.3 Died at light, Full pedal to start

The problems I am having:

-Lope idle only on the first cold start of every day, fixed by putting light pressure on the pedal

-Truck completely shut off while slowing down to a turn lane, just cranked over and over with no start, dash lights on as if key in ignition on at start...tac moved from 0 to 200-300rpm while cranking (cam sensor okay) by the fifth time of cranking I buried my foot into the pedal and it cranked a few times, spit and sputtered, and finally fired up to get me home.

-Random sputters while driving

-Drove fine for two hours, turned off and went out to start within an hour with no start.

(all separate occasions)

-New starter
-New Batts
-New cam sensor
-New glow plugs + relay
-DP Tuner
-500mi on oil

Any ideas what is going on?
