white/blue smoke bad

hey everyone, my 02 f250 will blow alot of whitish blue smoke when im driving. if i keep on the go pedal and let off, about 3 seconds later a ton of bluish white smoke will pour out the tail pipe. truck has 275k miles on it. i filled up at a different station and its still doin it. what could be the problem?

This is what my truck does if I drive it a little in my lope idle tune....
Maybe your truck is doing what Jody tuned my truck to do when it lopes....does that make sense?
