glow plug connector

Hey guys I have a 95 7.3 and I was replacing the worn out plug that plugs into the valve cover connector. As I was doing it I noticed there are 2 brown wires on the harness that connect in opposite ends of the connector and I did not even notice how it was on the old Connector. Will anything bad happen if I put those in a different order than it was before?

I just read that the two brown wires on opposite side are for the glow plugs. If that's the case then does it matter if I end up putting them on backwards because either way they are running power to the plugs?
