04 6.0L hard start rough idle

My Excursion was acting like it was starving for gas. When I really get on it it goes much better, but driving at 1300rpm or under it is a complete dog. I replaced the fuel filters (filthy) which helped a bit, but it barely wants to start. I have to give it a little gas to get it just to start. Also it seems like it is getting about 3 mpg less than usual.

i did add some diesel kleen but that didn't seem to help. Any suggestions would be great.

you need to get the latest recalibation from ford programmed , that will usually fix it

injectors ae sticking cold
