confused anyone have advise
i recently had an oil leak from the oil galley plug on my 97 powerstroke ordered the part installed and for some reason it is hard to start now after the initial fire up i had to crank and crank for awhile to get it to fire up in the first place after changin the plug which i contributed to having to pressure up again but now it seems like its not holding pressure cause i still have to crank and crank and crank and advice would be appreciated and no its not my glow plugs lol

Same thing happend to mine after the HP x-over line, took FOREVER to fire. All i did was drive the h*ll out of it and bleed the air in the galley. It took a week, almost 150 miles, which I thaught was rediculous.

Your just gonna have to keep working the air out of the system, I just did injectors in mine which involved removing oil galley plugs and it took about 25 minutes of cranking and then a break then cranking again to get it going and I drove for about 80 miles to work the air out, youll just have to keep driving to get the air out mine was hard to start the first couple of times
