Exclamation help! truck is stuck is it a starter ?

Hey guys I have an 05 egr delete studded SCT tuner .

Now my problem . I had a load of lumber in my truck . Shut my truck off unloaded it . Went to start my truck again and it turns over reallllyy slow . So I thought my batteries went . Put new batteries in it . Still same problem . Turns slow and won't fire at all won't even try . My starter is only a year old but it is winter so I've been cranking more often but shouldnt s starter last more than a year ?

Thanks for all the help guys . I really don't wanna tow this thing to a shop .
