Chipped 96 PS wont start

The truck was running fine until, I was plugging and playing with the edge evo and edge EZ(stacking). Now the truck just cranks over and will not start... also the the "wait to start" light flickers and I hear a ticking noise from the fuse box at the same time, it sounds like its coming from the #2 relay.
I called edge and they said it could be the programmer, so they are sending me a new one.
Anybody have this problem? or kno what my problem is?

it was the edge evo that was messed up... they sent me a program to set it back to stock and a new evo. problem solved. great customer service.
