Start then no start?

Hi my names Shawn,
I have a 95 powerstroke that will crank and start or at least attempt to start. If it dies or I shut it off after that first start it just cranks and won't even try, then my batteries die. I just replaced the alternator, last spring I put rosewood stage 1 injectors in as well as new glow plugs. The truck has a Ts 6 stage chip, and age intake, stock everything else. What could be causing this? I had my batteries checked and they tested good but I'm not to sure they have died about a 50 times. Thanks for any info given or if you could point me toward a thread that would help, I just searched and couldn't find anything
