First, 6.4L is a High Pressure Common Rail type engine and doesn't have a High Pressure Oil Pump. Its a High Pressure Fuel pump on these engines. P0001 and P0090 are electrical codes relating to the Pressure and Volume control Valves that regulate the fuel coming into and out of the High Pressure Fuel Pump. Since these valves share a common power wire, that's where I would begin my diagnostic. Verify that the 4 way connector at the fuel pump is plugged in. If it has no issue, you can unplug it and use a voltmeter to check for input voltage. You will need to find a wiring diagram for your vehicle in order to trace this. Ive seen the 4 way connector on HP fuel pump come unplugged, and the jumper harness that connects the HP fuel pump to the rest of the engine harness get damaged as well.
