6.0 acting like it gels up

I have a 2006 F350. Yesterday was out driving around and the pickup started to act like it was gelling up. It had been sitting outside unplugged for about 3 hours in 15 degree weather. I had 70/30 blended fuel in it. Pulled over the pickup idled fine. Put it in gear and it would just sputter like it was getting close to gelling up. Dumped some 911 in the secondary fuel filter and the rest in the tank. Pick up started fine, idled fine, but still acted like it wasnt getting fuel when I put it in drive. Sat there for a while with it idling at about 1800 rpms. It came out of it and drove fine. Parked it for about 2 hours with it running the whole time, went to take off again and it acted like it was still starting to gel up. Sat for a while with it at high idle again for 15 minutes and it come out of it and I drove for 3 hours with no issues. Started it this morning and let it run for 20 minutes and ran to the grocery store and it started to do it again. Any ideas? It has a full tank of winterblend fuel with some additive in it now.
