6.0 Start hard dies in 3 seconds

I have an 04 6.0 running an sct tuner with
banks intercooler intake and exhaust. It was running fine before Friday. Went on an errand, shut truck off 1 hour later tried to restart. Started fine backed out of parking spot truck died, restarted then died 100 yards up street. Runs real rough and keeps dying. Had it towed home.
Tries to start but won't stay running for more than 3 seconds. Changed both fuel filters. Checked codes none present. Icp at 1300 when cranking. Ficm main power at 49.5. Ipr 57% when cranking. Cam position sensor and crank position sensor do not stay in sync when cranking. If sensors are in sync truck starts. Sensors go out of sync in 3 seconds max and truck dies. Cant seem to find any loose or broken wires. Checked all fuses and relays they looked fine.
Thanks in advance.

A little more info. Further checking of the wiring I found potential problem. Unbolted FICM and tilted up to check plugs. Plugs seemed fine.
just for the heck of it checked scanner and had cam position sensor and crank position sensor sync. FICM volts still good. Truck started right up and ran for 15 minutes like nothing was wrong. Knowing the injector harnesses go bad on these trucks I had a spare (new) that I installed. Put everything back together truck started and died 2 minutes later. No FICM voltage no sync. Pulled FICM up again and checked the other wiring. Can't seem to find any bad spots. Wiggled wires and still no voltage. Any ideas?

Still no codes and no CEL. Checked with a scanner to make sure.
The cam position sensor seems to be going out of sync with the crank position sensor according to my scanguage II. The tach shows RPM so my guess is good crank sensor.
I don't have a multi meter that will check hertz so I can't check cam sensor. Is there another way?

Without codes, and the symptoms of your issues, I'm not sure what to look at. Sounds like it could be a stuck egr valve. Have you deleted it? If not, cleaned it lately? Can the sctunes be hiding the true codes? I say this because an out of sync cam sensor with the crank sensor could only mean one or the other sensor is intermittent, which should throw a code. If someone with experience with SCtuners has experienced anything like this, they may be able give some you some advice.

It was the FICM. For some reason the screw under the cover had 48.5 volts but a scanner showed no voltage. A Ford tech lent me a known good FICM and the truck fired right up ran great. Checked the harness it looked good. Put the old FICM back in no start.
