2004 f-350 diesel 6.0L air in engine mounted fuel filter

2004 f350 diesel engine runs for two minutes then dies . remove top off engine mounted fuel filter pressured air will escapes. then fuel will refill housing and it will run again for two minutes then dies again i have checked everything for air leaks but have found nothing help!!!!!!!!!
