help 6.o

i got out in the morning truck starts fright up after the truck truck gets warmed up i have trouble starting it again if trucks starts at all. When truck sits for about an hour an cools off the truck starts right back up again. have no idea wats going on

wats the stc connection locked tell me thats underneath the turbo is there any tests i can perform

yeah 05's had a lot of problems with the stc (HPOP leak)

definitly sounds like a high pressure oil system leak , need to get it on a scanner when not starting and monitor icp pressure , probably will find stc fitting on back of pump blown out , because its an 05 model, thats the most common problem

where is that fittinh located where the hpop pump located i went to to a local garage and guy tells me to pull the left valve cover and replace the o ring on the stacks? i he hooked up his comp and yes there was a high pressure leak

You have to remove the turbo to get at the pump. So its in the back of the motor and the fitting is aquick disconnect on the pump branch tube.
