6.0 No crank no start after sct tuner used

Hey guys,

This is my first post so hopefully im doing ok.

Just bought this 06 6.0 with 140000km on it 2 weeks ago.
everything was running good.

I bought a used sct 3015 tuner.

At lunch I hooked up it to put a street tune on, It backed up stock (so it said) and put on the street tune, successfully completed.

Try to start truck, NOTHING.

Quickly used tuner to go back to stock,, still NOTHING.

We tried multiple code readers, including a snap on one from a dealership, no connectivity to the PCM or ECM anymore.

On the dash it says Check Gauges, and sometimes faulty TBC, and a little wrench light on the dash.

Dealership didn't know what it was without going into it deeper, so instead of getting charged for crap that isn't broken I thought Id try myself first.

When it comes to motors and electronics I know quite a bit, so im not absolutely retarted, but never owned a truck with so much electronic stuff. Mostly had 12 valve and 24 valve cummins trucks.

Any suggestions? I know its the tuner that did this, but wondering if the tuner broke the PCM or if it blew a fuse or what?

This is my business truck so need it on the road ASAP.

Thanks a million!

Faulty pcm.. supposedly there was a bad firmware for the sct 3015 that caused ecm programing issues. Resulting in a Faulty pcm. . I can only recommend to update the firmware on the tuner when you buy one especially used, which i didn't do and it won't even allow me to do.. in other words faulty tuner, faulty pcm.
