2008 F250 6.4 won't start. Electrical connector ID needed

So, my father (made this account for him) was hunting Saturday with his muzzle loader. He uses a CVA break action and leaves the cap off if he isn't out actively hunting. He arrived at our property, got out of his truck, and while standing behind the driver door he placed a cap on the nipple and closed the action of the gun. When he did, it malfunctioned and fired. It hit the passenger side kick panel and was then stopped by the door hinge where it connects to the body. Now that this most ridiculous story is out of the way, we can get to the crux of the issue.

When the bullet passed through the kick panel, it struck a large and complex electrical connector which rendered his truck unable to start. It's an off-white connector with Delphi printed on the side and it contains a small circuit board. It is pictured below. Can anyone tell me what this part is and where online I can maybe order one? The truck is his work vehicle
