6.0L hydro-locking with fuel
If there are any diesel techs or 6.0L owners out there that have come across this please help! We have an 04 F250 in our shop that is hyrdo locking with fuel in the #5 & #7 cylinders / injectors are new & o-rings checked & replaced / it is not the injectors or o-rings.

If it hyro-locked, I'd check to make sure it didn't bend a rod.

The injector cups have failed if its fuel. Ive done it with the heads on the truck but it isnt advised to do so.

most of the ones like what you are talking about i've seen have been from injector failure. most of the time injector tips crack causes uncrontroled fueling into cylinder sometimes crack may be hard to see too
