2006 6.0 no start 3 hours from home

Need help ASAP. 2006 6.0 ran just fine for a 3 hour drive towing a jeep in an enclosed trailer. Shut off twice at the gas station on the way here. Once we got here, shut it down and 10 mins later it would not start. Truck has over 3/4 tank of fuel. Will crank strong just no fire. Only one code shows from egr which has been on for over a year with no problems.

Any help immediately would be great. We need to be able to get home and were in a remote area out if town.
