in need of a leader

Ok guys about a week ago i tacked the hpop on my dads 03 6.0 which went well. Got it all back together and truck ran better then ever. In the process changed all o rings ipc and the harness. Then is sprung a leak in which i found on the egr cooler were the o ring goes in the pump area was all bent from the get go. So wondering were to get a cheap stock egr cooler pipe from. But then the truck just all out died no hesitation or nothing like before but dad said he floored truck then thats when it died. Now it just cranks no start so far i unplugged the ipr then undid fuel screw and fuel was shooting out took filter out and put back in thinking it was air locked. Because after we did the hpop you would have to wait until you heard the fuel pump stop before it would start. Also check the fuel pump shutoff which was good as well as the fuses and all the injector clips were on. Engine is not showing a check engine light Other then that its just a crank no start situation and im going to get another hpop and change it while im in there already got manifold and everything off. Any suggestions or tips please.

It would really help to have some numbers. you need some kind of a monitoring solution so you can see what's going on. What's the FICM voltage, ICP voltage and pressure, etc. Without the diagnostics you're chasing your tail.

ya well looks like im chasing the tail lol. But still i am going to start all over and go through it all again. Then if it still dont start it will lead to finding a diagnostics. Just weird how it happened after i messed with the hpop no maybe blew a o ring or something. And also guys were a good place to get a decent price egr cooler. And one other thing i noticed on this o3 is that the turbo drain tube seems to go into hpop cover loose like. Is that normal after replacing the o ring.
