coolant leaking out of reservior

hey guys, well i drove my truck around to today, and when i got home i got out and heard a bubbling sound and opened the hood to find that theres coolant all over the battery and my intake. is this puking? i have warranty, so im gonna take it in? i also hear a weird whine when morning startup? what gives? thanks

is it definitely coming out of the reservoir? if so, easy fix i'd imagine, right?

yea its def out the reservior, and i filled it up again, started up and drove to the store and back and fluid was almost all gone again.

no it stays right in the middle, i drove it around alot a and it still was in the middle. im lost. is it the head gaskets or egr cooler?

what you're telling us is that you've got a visual on the leak, right? if so, just remove the reservoir and either dry/clean it & epoxy it, or replace it. i've never pulled it, but on every other vehicle i've seen, it's pretty simple. if you mean that it's going away from the reservoir, but you can't find the leak, i've always used a pressure tester and prayed that i was able to see a leak when i pumped it (since it's something bad if i can't).

yea, it like sprays it out the reservior cap all over everything, or mist it. and then i put more coolant in then its gone in like 20 mins. it only sprayed it one time, now its just dissapearing.

or just take it to the dealer since its still under warranty

i talked to the dealer and they told me to bring it in on monday, so i hope all goes well.
