Are you asking how hard it is to replace the HPOP? If so, it's pretty easy and straight forward. The same exact thing happened to my boss with a customer's truck... one of the HPO lines was leaking so he replaced it, almost one week later the truck was back to our shop with the line leaking again, turns out the line got cross threaded and damaged the HPOP (cracked the aluminum or something) so we had to get a new pump from the Ford dealer. Some $500-600 later and the customer's truck is happy and doesn't leak any oil.

thanks, it looks like the person before used that fix-a-thread crap on it. so he tried to band-aid it to get home with some jbweld. didnt work. Does anyone know of a write up on replacing it?
