Exclamation injector pump turn up quick response needed

I'm doing the injection pump turn up on my 7.3l idi and i van see the allen nut and the allen wrench is seating in the hole but it will not turn. is it normal for them to be tight? or should it be lose. thanx quick resonse needed

Never done this on the 7.3L I have done it on the GM 6.2L and 6.5L a lot of times. But the pumps are different between the 7.3L and the 6.2L and 6.5L. I will say this you don't want to turn it up to much or the engine might run away.

i kno i looked at a 6.5l at my tech school and the pumps are pretty similar i jus need to kno if the nut should be tight or not
