my friend has a 1995 powerstroke and he ran it out of fuel. Now it does crank but no power. He changed the fuel filter but still the same. any sugestions?
More than likely you have air in your fuel line. Not sure how the 95 fuel systems but on my 99.5 I would open the fuel bowl drain turn on the key until fuel was flowing out the hose I installed onto the ground. Then you will have to get the air out of the rest of the fuel system. Good luck
If you havent got it going yet, open the fuel bowl and fill it up, that will help make it build pressure way faster.
