I did my engine rebuild, completing it in February. I then installed my snow water meth. The truck ran great for a minute, then it died. When it sat overnight, it would start and run just fine. I pulled the water meth out. no problems since. untill today. I went to put the kit back on. I primed the pump and tested the system before firing the engine(NOTE: I did NOT spray into the engine). I then hooked the nozzles up to to the line coming from the pump. I got into the truck and no crank, no start. Good batteries. The injectors wont even buzz. At this point there has been no water/meth injected. WTF?? any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have heard many different things about the snow system. If the truck is running with out installed. Then I have to think that the problem lies with in the water/meth system.
But just incase, have you checked the voltage in the batteries. Have you hooked a charger to them. Is it possible you have a bad ignition switch or maybe a bad connection at the starter. Last edited by bigcountrysg; 07-11-2008 at 06:31 PM. |
