2006 6.0 CRANK NO START PO611 CODE

I have a 2006 6.0 with edge tuner, the last couple days the tuner has been warning that the fcim is low voltage ( between 35 and 40 volts ) at low idle but goes away when driving and warm, the other day started drove 30 min went back out to start it and it will crank but no start, showing PO611 code. I had it towed to local diesal shop for repair, they went to start it and it started right up and ran fine could not find any codes, they started and shut it of 40 to 50 times and test drove it for 2 hrs with no issues, so $400 dollars later I have a truck that Iam not sureif it's going to leave me stranded somewhere as I travel alot for work any suggestions as to which way to turn, I dont wont to spend the money for a new FCIM if thats not the problem
