6.4 starts, runs and dies

Just did a headstud install on my 6.4. Bled the low pressure as best as I could and also the high pressure via the rear banjo bolt on the fuel cooler. It seems to start every 10 starts or so and it runs, revs up and immediately dies. Almost like it runs out of fuel. Then I check the bleeder valve and banjo bolt and more air bubbles come out.

Any ideas at all?? It is throwing p2291 every so often.

I'm at a loss.

Everything ran well before, just did studs and head gaskets.

The frame mounted fuel conditioning module/fuel pump sounds inconsistant as well. Like its cavitating on air. But Everything is hooked up as it should be and I don't have any fuel leaks indicating a loose connection.

New high pressure fuel pump fixed the issue.
