I didn't lose any coolant either at first. After the cooler completely went is when I started to lose coolant.

If you haven't flashed your OBC with a tuner/ chip. Take it to Ford, it's under warranty!!
I've herd sometimes a re-flash fixes everything

When you cleaned EGR .......... was it submerged??????
Should only clean with small brush and brake cleaner. DO NOT get electrical cap saturated!!

5 year/100,000 mile warranty on engine. You will have a $100 ded. but the rest should be taken care of.

It is at the shop now. I got 1 call back telling me they have never seen a truck with a smoke problem like this that is an intermittent problem. It does not do it all the time.
I'll keep you all posted.

Thanks for your help thus far....
Paul

NOW THE LATEST....
They (the dealership) want me to put my stock exaust back on as "they, can not test it with the aftermarket exaust on". They have not even done a compression test.
It is a goofy deal as the smoke is not all the time.
Any Ideas???
