95 f250 crank no start

I've been having a ongoing "no start" issue with my 7.3 the last few weeks.

We went on vacation a few weeks ago and the truck sat for a week. When we got back it took me a few tries to start it, and usually it fires up first try. So I got it running drove it around that weekend with no issues.

The following Monday morning it wouldn't start again. I tried changing the CPS and glow plug relay, neither worked. Then I changed the fuel
Filter and that didn't help either. After that
I thought to check the HPOP resivour, it was low so I
Added some oil to it and the truck started right up.

Fast forward about 2 weeks.

There has been a few times where I would have a hard time getting it started in the mornings but it would still start.

Now yesterday I went out after work to start it and it just cranks but will not start. The tach bounces while cranking, so the CPS is good. The oil level in the hpop was low so I filled it again and filled the crankcase also, still no go. I was thinking injector orings might be on their way out, but I pulled the fuel filter and the fuel is still clean.

The truck is now spending it's 2nd night in the parking lot at work, and I don't exactly work in the best neighborhood.
Any help is appreciated... This thing is really starting to tick me off...
