6.0 No Start after everything was replaced

Got a 6.0 with a new short block, new heads with studs, old injectors(with only 10,000 miles from original engine), new seals for the oil rails, upgraded Stand pipe and Dummy Plug, new HPOP with new IPR, new Oil Cooler, New LPOP and Front Cover....So yeah it wasn't cheap...!

The problem I am having is of course no start, but with the ICP showing 1.5 Volts while cranking the engine. No high pressure oil leaks as I pressure checked everything before installing the turbo. I even losened the fuel rail plugs in the back of the heads to be certain all fuel and no air getting to the injectors. But even after all this...Nothing!!! Also no check engine light...What do I need to do as I need this truck running yesterday!??!

Need more info. Did you just put this engine in??? Or it was running and now quit??

Is your ficm plugged in all the way?? Did you miss a plug somewhere? IPR?

Just put the engine in new and it has never ran before... I checked and rechecked all the plugs. Checked the volts on the FICM as well as you can hear the injectors come on every time you turn on the key. I'm sure it's something very simple, but finding this simple thing is becoming a complicated task!

Is there oil in the HPOP reservoir? It will/can take quite some time to fully pressurize the HPOP system. Sometimes longer than a 7.3L. Just take it easy on the starter though.

4-6 cranks at 5-7 seconds a crank and she should pop...watch your batteries...like hucorey said...it can take a min for the HPOP to pressurize fully...also, have you load tested your batteries?

Thanks for all the help guys!!

OK this is where I got to....Replaced the Camshaft Sensor--Nothing...Replaced the Crankshaft Sensor--Cranked immediately!!

But....

It idles and revs perfectly..no smoke and runs smooth... When you put it in drive and get onto the road and give it throttle it works perfectly UNTIL you take your foot off the throttle, it immediately dies and will not start again until the engine is Cool. After the trucks cools and starts then it is the same process again!

the HPOP and IPR are new...and cleared the computer and run a complete system test, including KEKO and IPR test, which all came back working perfect...but it sure is sounding like the IPR sticking

Any more input on what more to do before I spend another $300.00 on an IPR?

Thanks!!

It seems I have read about this quite often in both the 7.3 and 6.0 forums and I don't remember anyone stating what fixed it or if they are still struggling too.
