7.3 will not start

I have a 2000 7.3 F250 that suddenly will not start. Batt's are new and replaced starter. When I turn the key everything cycles like it should bur I get nothing when I turn the key. Like I said I tried putting a new starter in and that was a little spendy any ideas would be great.

have you changed the Cam Position Sensor? if not, go to your local Ford dealer, there is a recall on that part for 1997's and newer. it's free to you.

When it went bad before the motor would still turn over. Would the cps not alow the motor to actually turn over?
