Sarts runs for min. stops

I disconnected both batteries and installed one HID light. didn't have time to do both right now. Connected batteries, truck starts and then stops, longest it runs is 75 sec. sometimes it starts without turning ignition all the way off, sometimes not. howevery everytime I turned ignition all the way off it starts right off..... then stops. Is this CPS? or what?

I keep a spare in the truck anyway so I would just swap out my CPS anyway to rule it out, heck for $20 why not keep a spare and a wrench with you.
