97 alternator??????

looking for someone who could tell me/show me the wiring diagram of a psd alternator, just want 2 know what wires are what, not the main supply but the control bit,

single wire connector w/bk wire is the stator circuit feeds voltage signal from generator to regulator

three wire connector lg/r wire is the ingition wire feeds voltage when igbition switch is on
y/w wire is the battery sense circuit used to monitor voltage output
w/bk wire same as above

I got also similar problem, and thanks for your details natureboynate47. I have just a few question. Does that resistance compensate for the lack of alt. warning light?

The ammeter wiring appears to also have the fuel gauge tied into it in some way and supply power to the fuse block at one or two locations.
