1997 7.3 wont turn over

replaced batteries,noticed Glow plug relay terminal was cracking at base replaced . wait for start engine light, turn key clicking coming from Glow plug relay. help new to forum

check the mega fuses under the hood. if the fuel heater element has broke loose from its mounts inside the bowl, ti will short and blow the fuse....no start

Does it click once and then stop, does it click like it doesn't have enough power? Do the relays flicker and pop like crazy while cranking?

fuses all good, had batteries load tested check out okay, shop said ck starter relay on fender,i turn key on wait for engine light clicks once then nothing click coming from gpr

problem solved bad connections on starter pulled starter wire brushed starts now
