Truck died!!!!

I have just days ago purchsed a 2002 f250 truck looks great drives great but while driving down the road gtoday all my gauges went to o and radio quit working i pulled over put the truck in park and smelled what seemed gto be a fuse but after a quick check couldent find a blown fuse so i got bak in th etruck and was going to try to make it home after one more quick stop but whith the truk never being tgurend off i got back in put it in rev and the truck died and when i tried to restart it just clicks

any sugestions?

also the truck has the 7.3 at trans and 85 000 miles

damn this sucks, new truck and all. anyway to get ahold of the previous owner to ask questions?
