03 6.0 won't start with new SCT Xcal3

I was like a kid in a candy store Tues. evening when the man in brown came in the office with my new Xcal3. I ran out and got my strategy off the ECM and emailed it to Innovative Diesel. Then I went out and proceeded to flash the preloaded street tune into my truck. Well the device failed and said hit cancel so I did and it took like 10 min to reset itself. Then I tried it again and everything went great until I hit the key and all it will do is turn over. I reflashed to stock still same results. After contacting SCT Wed. AM and getting a restore file emailed to me, I thought I might have it licked. Well after the reflash to stock it still will not start. I talked to SCT this morning and he said it is rare but that I probablly blew a fuse during the reflash somewhere and it is the fuel pump or something similar. I have checked all the fuses and still no luck. I NEED HELP !!! anyone been through something like this that could lend a hand?

Well life is back to being good. I had one of my diesel shop mechanics take a look at it and somehow had the motor had lost its prime. Life is good and SCT works great with Innovative Diesel Tunes!!!
