02 7.3 -f350 codes

Hello all guru's:

Truck just dies , runs great , tach just quits and dies, only after it gets hot.
will start and run fine for a while after cooling for several hours.
Throws the following codes:
p0603 - int. cntrl mod KAM error
p1670 - ef feedback signal not detected
p0340 - camshaft pos sensor circuit error.

Had camshaft sensor replaced as a recall issue by dealer couple years ago.

Any thoughts? Had to replace vsm ( vehicle security module) couple years ago , went south on me. Possible ecu issue?
