2000 7.3 smells like buring rubber
I have a 2000 7.3 and when it runs i can smell somthing that smells like buring rubber and the truck blows white smoke when i start it up?
I checked for hoses or wires that may of got burnt or somthing i didn't see anything. I pulled the air box and intercooler tube off and smelled the same thing inside I have not clue what it is. I talked to a guy at the dealer and he said it might be the injector but it only has 145000 miles is that a typical problem? Thanks |
