2000 F250, 7.3, auto trans. Intial findings were after a no start, no smoke, PCM would not communicate. Replaced PCM. Still no start. At engine Crank 165 RPM, 10.8 Volts, ICP starts at 600 + and goes to 2550, IPR 14.7 and climbs. Same result with ICP Unplugged.
Started checking wires for shorts. (IPR UNPLUGGED)On pin A (Red Wire) of IPR connector resistance is 250 Ohms, Pin B 10K ohms. When I unplug the PCM pin A reads Open.
So far everything else (IDM Wiring, injectors, glow plugs and other sensors check OK)
I get WTS light
Could this be another Bad PCM? It is brand new
