Hard start after STC

Hi guys. I got an 05 that I just did some major work on. I replaced the stc fitting, dummy plugs and egr delete. Found one of the stand pipes in real rough shape.
Anyways, I'm having hard time getting ipc pressure up now.
It starts off at 5 psi and slowly builds up. After a while it goes up to 50psi and skyrockets to 500.. Took ipr off, same thing.
When it starts it runs pretty smooth.
Anyone have any pointers. Anything I should look into.

So I air tested the system again and found that the new stc was leaking.
I must have bent the guide when tightening. I fixed the leak and retested oil lines and could not hear a leak this time.
Cranked for 10-15 sec and got her to start. Ran at around 720-750 psi at idle.
I let her ran for a bit and cranked again. Took almost as long.
Same thing happening. Takes it really long to start building pressure.
Could it be air in the high pressure system or something else?
