2005 F250 Coolant Bypass Issues?

I installed a coolant bypass filter today on my truck. The T fitting which attaches to the heater core hose was a little tough to get on the fitting but I got the hose to cover 4 of the 5 rivets on the fitting then attached a hose clamp over it. I made about a 15 minute drive and my truck was making a loud bubbling/possible boiling sound when I stopped. Any ideas what this could be? I have new coolant and a new coolant cap on the truck but haven't had my truck sound like this before?
