6.0 Fuel Rail's

Can I or should I change the fuel rail on my 6.0. Injectors are out and the rail is round, so before installing new injectors what should I be replacing?

I assume you mean oil rail. Fuel passages are molded into the head. On an 03 I think you're ok. 05 up you got stand pipes and dummy plugs to replace.
