04 F250 6.0L About to tow from the local Ford Service center

I'm not a motor head by any means, but I love my truck. I'm looking for straight answers that I don't feel I'm getting from the service center.
EGR delete performed before I took ownership. Truck was running a little rough, and not much power right at start up. Died on me a week ago, took it to dealership service center (no warranty) and codes showed 1&5 injectors needed replaced. They replaced and test drove, truck died, hydro locked and codes showed #7 went out. When I asked service manager if he recommended replacing all in that bank prior to the replacement he said, no, but he'd seen some go out shortly after in other cases. I know NOW that I should have replaced all, but I fear that I may be looking at a bent rod and/or cylinder damage. Can anyone tell me what I may actually be looking at to get Hoss running again?

A "bump" is just posting something in someone's thread so that it goes back up the top of the "new posts" page. It's more likely to be seen at the top, or at least on the first page of posts. It's sort of a random act of kindness.

** edit, I just read my post and it should have been "bump TO the top". **
