Truck Died Driving Down Interstate Need Help

I was driving about 75 mph and went to pass a truck and my 2004 powerstroke died. I pulled on the shoulder and the truck would start back for about 10 seconds with no power and sounded real bad and then would die again. It will start and then die after about 10 seconds everytime. Had the same symptoms about a week ago and i towed it home and realized it blew an intercooler hose, so i put a new one on it and the truck ran fine until it did the same thing again but this time all the hoses are good. I NEED HELP ANY SUGGESTIONS.
