Bad fuel or injectors??

My truck idles and cranks up fine but when I'm driving it shudders and puffs out black smoke. If I put it in park and hold down the pedal it will shudder and puff black white or blue. It will do this at random RPMs like 1800 or 2100 but max out at round 3000 feeling like power is barely there. I changed my fuel filters twice within 5k miles both being bad. Could this be bad fuel? Or injectors. All started after I filled up the tank the night before.

You say it all started after refueling. I would have to assume that you've had some problem that has been going on for a while if you changed your fuel filters twice in the past 5,000 miles. What else has been wrong? If there's water in your fuel your light will come on telling you to drain the filter. Did you use genuine Ford filters or aftermarket?

First fuel filter I used was motor craft. Now I have a fuel filter that's purepro. I fill up today with power service clear diesel and injector cleaner and imedently the truck had no spudder or hasition. I haven't had the WFL on but when I did the filter change last I got a cup of the diesel that came out and it was apple juice in color
