Shuddering and black smoke! 05 6.0

Past month the truck has been idling and cranking up fine but when you give it throttle it will shudder and sounds like its missing around 2k rpm till it the truck has been moving and warmed up it ran fine. But now it will not go over 1.5k rpm till warmed up and Sputter puffing black smoke. When it started I filled up the tank at Valero an next morning started doing it. Changed the fuel filter, looked grey when I pull it out at water separator, about month ago and then today I changed it again to see if I have contaminated fuel and the filter was defiantly grey in color. Got a cup of the fuel when I was draining the separator out and it was apple juice in color. Everyone I know say it can be injectors going out or my FICM. No codes or water in fuel light on. Does have EGR delete and took off bully dog tuner to see if there was a difference. Can this be bad diesel? i have filled up several times after. Need help ASAP

Check your ficm voltage. If it has started to go it can also take injectors with it.
