Help please, chuging?

Well I was out messin around with my chip. And I was just driving and all of a sudden the CEL flashed, so i turned the chip off, and the light came back on, and the truck has almost no power, but i can hear the turbo spoll some. It is almost like chugging like its out of fuel? it doesnt stall or anything and i was able to limp it home... any ideas to check tomarrow would be awesome. thanks. also its leaking no fluid and all gauges were reading normal.

okay, its not the chip, i took it out, tried to start nothing, put it back nothing. My fuel pump was making a wierd noise so i replaced it. it is still making like a louder whinning noise and the truck still wont start. I killed the batterys trying to start it, hooked up a jumper and anohter truck it would just crank, like it had no fuel, but the fuel bowl was full? I am puzzeled out of money and have a non working truck!!!! please any help... btw the tach stoped moving while cranking when the batterys were lower? and while jumping? do you think it could be the cps? and if so will the dealer tow it for the recall?
